It’s run by me - Liza Costello - a novelist and poet. John Connolly described my first novel THE ESTATEas ‘a tense, atmospheric tale of fear and isolation’. My second novel CROOKEDWOODwas called ‘an excellent psychological thriller’ (Irish Independent). I’ve also written for the Saturday Independent, TheStinging Fly, the Manchester Review, Mslexia, Crannog, Southword and The Interpreter’s House. In 2022 the Arts Council of Ireland gave me an Agility Award to work on my poems. I’ve been shortlisted for the RTE Radio I Short Story Award, the Sean O’Faolain short story competition and came joint second for the Patrick Kavanagh award for an unpublished collection of poetry. When I get the chance, I add a new article to my little substack project on writing fiction.
